We are unable to make changes to your selected accessories once they have been placed in our system. Please make sure that you double check your accessories prior to placing your order.


Kindly understand that we are not able to change the accessories of non -custom model items.


Our products are all handmade so the shapes/sizes/colours/patterns of the bags & accessories, faces/hair/makeup of the dolls might be slightly different in each product. We trust you consider it “individuality”, meaning that the bags and accessories are one of a kind. We appreciate your understanding.


The attached accessories are very delicate. They might come off if pulled on. They are decorative so please do not pull them to open/close the bags.


We will not be able to accept returns in the event of the situations described above. Kindly be aware before placing your order.


We try our best to take the most realistic photos but sometimes the screens show the colours differently.


The shipping fees are for each order. Once the order has been submitted into our system we can not make changes. This means if 2 different orders are placed within a few minutes of each other, we will not be able to refund the shipping fee for the first order. We kindly ask for your understanding.




【Returns Policy】

•No Exchanges/ No Returns except for when you receive damaged/defective/incorrect Items.

•If a damaged, defective, or incorrect item is received, contact us via the Enquiry form. Once we receive the request, we will be in contact to address and resolve the issue.

•Free gifts cannot be returned.

•We will not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.



-When you return-

Please be sure to send us your item(s) back in full accordance with our Return Policy:

* Items must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.
* Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.
* We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back returns.


Helpful Hint: Miss Onigiri is not responsible for returns until they reach our facilities. Keep proof of postage and ship returns along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Miss Onigiri will not issue refund for returns.


-Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages-
* This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery. Kindly understand that we are not responsible for covering the shipping cost if any of those happen.


-Reserved Rights Regarding Returns-

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
•An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
•An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
•Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

素材の特性上、バッグ毎に若干の形、大きさの違い、模様の違いがございます。


また当店のアイテムは全てハンドメイドでございます。その為、使用しておりますパーツ、アクセサリー類の色、大きさ、質感、また、ドールの顔、メイク、ヘア等は全て個体毎に若干の違いがございます。それらも是非、世界にひとつだけの貴方様のアイテムという風にご理解いただき、個性として楽しんでいただけますと、幸いでございます。


また、使用しておりますバッグやアクセサリーのほとんどが、海外輸入品です。日本製とは検品の基準が違う為、縫製が甘い部分がございます。当店の基準をクリアしたお品物のみをお客様へご提供させていただいておりますが、細部まで日本製同様の品質を求められるお客様には、ご購入をお勧め致しておりません。


ご注文をいただきました全てのお客様には、これらの注意事項に全てご理解とご了承をいただけた事とさせていただきます。商品到着後の、ドールの顔が違う、パーツのサイズが違う等の理由での返品には一切お応え致しかねますので、ご了承下さいませ。


付属のパーツ類は、とてもデリケートです。パーツの部分を引っ張ると取れてしまう可能性がございます。パーツ類はあくまでデコレーションの目的のみに付属しておりますので、強度がございません。バッグの開閉には、決してパーツ部分を引っ張らず、備え付けのファスナーの引手を引っ張っていただくよう、お願い致します。パーツ部分も全て手作業で制作しております。使用していくうちに劣化し、万が一取れてしまうことがございましても、ハンドメイド製品の特性をご考慮いただき、ご購入いただいたという理由から、返品に応じかねます事を、ご了承いただきますようお願い致します。


可能な限り、実際の色味に忠実に写るよう、工夫をして撮影をしておりますが、閲覧環境により、スクリーン上に表示される写真が実際の色味とは若干異なる場合がございます事をご了承下さい。


当店の送料は、オーダー毎にいただいております。例えば、追加購入等で、２つ以上の未発送のオーダーが重なりましても、まとめてひとつの送料でお送りする事は致しかねますので、予めご了承いただきますよう、お願い申し上げます。
