♡Our products are all handmade so the shapes/sizes/colours/patterns of the bags & accessories, faces/hair/makeup of the dolls might be slightly different in each product. We trust you consider it “individuality”, meaning that the bags and accessories are one of a kind. We appreciate your understanding.


♡The attached accessories are very delicate. They might come off if pulled on. They are decorative so please do not pull them to open/close the bags.


♡Please be aware that the denim bags dye might transfer to whites/bright colour clothes. We will not take any responsibility for these types of damaged items.


♡Kindly understand that we are not able to change the accessories of non -custom model items.


♡We try our best to take the most realistic photos but sometimes the screens show the colours differently.


♡The shipping fees are for each ORDER(not for each item). Once the order has been submitted into our system we can not make changes. This means if 2 different orders are placed within a few minutes of each other, we will not be able to refund the shipping fee for the first order. We kindly ask for your understanding.


♡We will not be able to accept returns in the event of the situations described above. Kindly be aware before placing your order.


♡※Due to COVID19, we currently do not offer returns for any product for safety reasons.


♡-Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages-
* This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery. Kindly understand that we are not responsible for covering the shipping cost if any of those happen.


♡-Reserved Rights Regarding Returns-

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
•An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
•An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
•Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

♡当店のアイテムは全てハンドメイドでございます。その為、使用しておりますパーツ、アクセサリー類の色、大きさ、質感、また、ドールの顔、メイク、ヘア等は全て個体毎に若干の違いがございます。それらも是非、世界にひとつだけの貴方様のアイテムという風にご理解いただき、個性として楽しんでいただけますと、幸いでございます。


♡デニム素材のバッグに関しまして

明るい色のお洋服と合わせると、摩擦により色移りする場合がございます。ご注意下さい。万が一、お洋服が汚れてしまった場合、そちらを理由とした返品は一切お受け致しかねますので、そちらを十分にご了承いただいた上で、ご注文いただきますようお願い申し上げます。


♡在庫の兼ね合い上、セミオーダーメイド商品以外でのパーツの変更は致しかねますので、ご了承下さいませ。


♡素材の特性上、バッグ毎に若干の形、大きさの違い、模様の違いがございます。


♡使用しておりますバッグやアクセサリーのほとんどが、海外輸入品です。日本製とは検品の基準が違う為、縫製が甘い部分がございます。当店の基準をクリアしたお品物のみをお客様へご提供させていただいておりますが、細部まで日本製同様の品質を求められるお客様には、ご購入をお勧め致しておりません。
ご注文をいただきました全てのお客様には、これらの注意事項に全てご理解とご了承をいただけた事とさせていただきます。商品到着後の、ドールの顔が違う、パーツのサイズが違う、縫製が甘い等の理由での返品には一切お応え致しかねますので、ご了承下さいませ。


♡付属のパーツ類は、とてもデリケートです。パーツの部分を引っ張ると取れてしまう可能性がございます。パーツ類はあくまでデコレーションの目的のみに付属しておりますので、強度がございません。バッグの開閉には、決してパーツ部分を引っ張らず、備え付けのファスナーの引手を引っ張っていただくよう、お願い致します。パーツ部分も全て手作業で制作しております。使用していくうちに劣化し、万が一取れてしまうことがございましても、ハンドメイド製品の特性をご考慮いただき、ご購入いただいたという理由から、返品に応じかねます事を、ご了承いただきますようお願い致します。


♡可能な限り、実際の色味に忠実に写るよう、工夫をして撮影をしておりますが、閲覧環境により、スクリーン上に表示される写真が実際の色味とは若干異なる場合がございます事をご了承下さい。


♡当店の送料は、オーダー毎にいただいております。商品毎ではございませんので、ご安心下さいまさ。ただし、追加購入等で２つ以上の未発送のオーダーが重なりましても、システム上、最初のオーダー分の送料の返金は出来かねます。従って、２つ以上のオーダー分をまとめて１つの送料でお送りする事は致しかねますので、予めご了承いただきますよう、お願い申し上げます。
